The Spirit of Exploration: From Dinosaurs to the Stars was this year's theme for the annual dinner. We love working with the American Museum of Natural History in NYC, so it was our pleasure to check in guests for the 111th Explorers Club dinner.
For the sold out event hosting 1,000+ attendees, CheckIn Tech staff members headed uptown equipped with iPads, software, smiles and, of course, our speed printers. Guests were not only checked-in seamlessly, but also received name badges printed onsite in a matter of seconds to keep traffic flowing in to the Akeley Hall of African Mammals.
The night started with a VIP Reception which then transitioned in to the Theodore Roosevelt Rotunda for the General Reception. The Annual Dinner was served as well as awards, medals and merits for the Club's outstanding Medalists of 2015. What better way to finish off this historical dinner than to head over to the after party, which is just where guests went!
