For three days in New York City, women who have struggled and triumphed from the front lines in over 20 countries came together to share their stories and plans of action. The dynamic summit hosted world leaders, industry icons, movie stars, CEOS, artists, peacemakers, rebels and activists at the David H. Koch Theater with a portion of all ticket proceeds benefitting Vital Voices Global Partnership.

CheckIn Tech was tapped to work all three days of this premier event showcasing women of impact presenting vivid journalistic narratives, stirring videos, provocative discussions and intense initiate conversations. For Wednesday's kickoff, we checked in 600+ guests for the first 4 panels and also helped hungry attendees make their way through the theater for the evening's elegant sit down dinner.
Thursday and Friday's events were jam packed with speakers including: the Women's Heart Alliance co-founder, Barbra Streisand; Libyan Lawyer and Activist, Rima Bugaighis; 21-year-old defector and North Korean Human Rights Activist, Yeonmi Park; and Former U.S. Secretary of State, U.S. Senator and First Lady, Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton. Our onsite team managed for each days' conference in addition to the restorative luncheon which gave guests a break in between panels.

We were honored to work with Women in The World presented by Tina Brown Live Media in association with The New York Times.

Congratulations for hosting such an impactful summit!
