STEP TWO: CREATE YOUR GUESTLIST

No need to spend hours copying names by hand—we’ll send you a simple Excel template for your guest list. Just return the completed file at least three hours before doors open. Worried about last-minute changes? Our on-site manager can update your list on the fly, with edits syncing across all iPads in seconds.

STEP THREE: GAME TIME

Our trained managers arrive at least 60 minutes before doors open. We assist with setup, refine your final guest list, and train staff or volunteers on how to use our intuitive check-in software. Once doors open, our managers maintain flow control and personally greet guests—ensuring a smooth, stress-free check-in with minimal or no lines, while delivering a great first impression to your guests as they enter your event.

STEP FOUR: POST REPORT

Want to know exactly who showed up—and when? Our post-event reporting tools make guest tracking effortless. Whether you're planning your next gala, fundraiser, or corporate event, you'll have clear insights into attendance patterns and engagement. Also, our reports can be delivered in a variety of formats—including CSV, and Excel—making it easy for clients to upload into popular event management platforms like Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, and more avoiding tedious data entry.

CheckIn Tech Manager Arrives

Our CheckIn Tech manager arrives on-site at least 60 minutes prior to event doors opening, with iPads, Wi-Fi Hotspots, and a smile. Once on-site, the manager starts setting up the equipment.

Update Guest Lists

Provide our manager with any changes to your guest list. We can easily add or edit your guest list on any iPad which syncs on all the devices almost instantly.

Volunteer/ Staff Orientation

Our manager gives a simple orientation to your volunteers on how to check in guests quickly and efficiently. We also offer staffing solutions. For more information click here.

Doors Open

Let the games begin. We are ready for guest check in.

Flow Control

Our manager greets your guests and points them to the next available check-in volunteer/staffer.

Wrap-Up

Our manager meets with the client one last time before departing the site. Not to worry, the equipment is left for last minute guests. Our team will make arrangements with you on how best to return our equipment.
