About Us
Founded in 2011 by Steve Feder, CheckIn Tech was born out of frustration with outdated paper guest lists that added undo stress to high-level events. With a background in concert, corporate, and political event planning, Steve knew there had to be a better way.
As part of his business school’s capstone project, Steve envisioned a digital solution inspired by the newly released iPad. He partnered with the founders of Zkipster to create a sleek, tech-forward service that streamlined guest check-in and elevated the guest experience.
Over the years, CheckIn Tech has evolved—upgrading equipment, enhancing software, adding staffing solutions, and expanding services globally. Yet one thing has remained constant: our commitment to exemplary service and attention to detail. That dedication has earned us a remarkable 92% client retention rate.
