CheckIn Tech offered our services and technology for this event in which our team greeted over 400 guests using our paperless check-in system. We were excited to give back to the community by donating our services to support this event and great cause.
The New Yorker for New York Gala was hosted at Gotham Hall celebrating Citizens Committee and honoring the upscale department store, Bloomingdale’s. Guests included New York’s most prominent business leaders and philanthropists who were united to celebrate 40+ years of Citizens Committee
improving NYC neighborhoods through micro-grants. On behalf of Bloomingdale’s, Tony Spring (Chairman and CEO), accepted the award during the program stating, “This is a great grassroots, low-key organization simply focused on improving the quality of life for the citizens of New York. Over the past five years, we’ve had 275 volunteers working on 23 gardens around Manhattan.”
The success of the organization as well as the Gala resonated with all guests enjoying the event which concluded with the announcement of nearly $1 million being raised! We’re so excited to see how and what the CCNYC will create in the years to come.
