The fashion and beauty industry influencers checked-in with us (with no lines, we might add) before heading right intoCity Winery in SoHo during the climax of NYC’s Fashion Week. This event, however, was less about fashion and more about the hair trends making waves (pun intended) for all different textures of hair. Created by TextureMedia™, Texture on the Runway drew crowds of beauty editors, bloggers, Instagrammers, and more to check out the innovative products being used to embrace natural hair textures.


Target was the exclusive retailer sponsor for the event while Au Naturale by Dark and Lovely, Cantu, Creme of Nature, Design Essentials, and Garnier were some of the product lines used on the models. The event generated an incredible amount of buzz, and we are so excited for the new partnership between Target and Naturally Curly.
Congratulations to Allyn Seidman and her team at Bratskeir & Company, as well as Celebrity Hairstylist and Hair Guru, Johnny Wright, who prepared and styled models’ hair for the show.
